Breathe and Draw Online Workshop Oct 27, 2021

Breathe, unwind, and illustrate your intention in this one-hour online meditative drawing workshop. All you need is a piece of paper, drawing or writing instruments, and a quiet place with laptop and wifi.

Each workshop will have a central question that guides our intention throughout our practice.

Regular mindful creative sessions not only recharge our energy, but increase our ability to focus it towards achieving our goals and well-being. Each workshop start with a 5-minute breathing & visualization exercise, follow by a a 50-min drawing activity, and end with some self-reflection and calming meditation.

Note: If you purchased a monthly workshop subscription, there is no need to register for individual workshops. A zoom link along with reminder emails will automatically be sent to your inbox before each workshop.
